Around AU in 58 Days: Hillary's Harbour, Perth WA

Hillary's the place considered to be the area for the Uppper Class. Located at the opposite side of Fremantle. Every house or shall i say Mansion that i saw was very pretty. We went to Sorento Quay at Hillary's Harbour to chill and watch the sunset. It was Magnificent. Well the shops were very expensive so its the ambiance at the Harbour thats so nice! Here are some of my shots of the Harbour.

I highly reccomend Hillary's Harbour if you wanna unwind. but warning if your going there on a winter day layer up! because the sea breeze is well not quite but super freezing!! Mom and I enjoyed taking photos in the area. Moms still like a kid when she poses or she just idolizes my posing skills haha..

See were cool like that! well sea breeze + Winter +Sunset I could say Walang ganyan sa Pinas. Literally Chilling like inside a refrigerator on like 10 Degrees Celsius outdoors!

Above are some of our photos enjoying the sunset at Hillary's oh why do i love saying that:)) For the next few photos are what reminds us of the serenity. Watching the Seagulls with the Sunset. Here are some of the shots i captured of the Seagulls

As for my OUTFIT, same as Fremantle Prison's but here are some of the photos! I still managed to pose for the camera even if i was freezing! I got the perfect excuse to layer up my clothes and wear thick scarves in this weather:)

Around AU in 58 Days: Fremantle Prison, Perth WA

Entering the holding area/yard of fremantle Prison. Its like the Alcatraz of Australia. Its an Old Prison house that was converted as a tourist Attraction.
Gates closed to keep the prisoners locked in but we were detained or entered in a different door. This gate was where we went out though:) Counted as the Main Gate of the Prisoners.
Beyond the gates is the Fremantle Prison House! Huge right? I like how they preserved the structure of this building on its original state. Its so far away from how our Bilibid Prison looks. Thinking this is old, it is still nice, imagine how the new and modern prison in their country looks?:))

What the Detainees used to Wear.
Now me and my Mom are officially "Locked in" as detainees for a day to tour the Prison:) haha like their style:) I did! almost real experience:)) Heres a few photos i took at the Detaining halls/Prison halls outside their own chambers.

The tour guide said that this nets were place because some of the detainees were jumping off from the top floors and committing suicide. So to prevent deaths they placed this wire to at least save them when they attempt to jump.

Up on Division 2 from the 2nd Floor!. The Detainees were caged according to different divisions that corresponds to the crime they committed.
Posted on the walls of every division is the day to day schedule of the detainees.the rounds and duties they have to do so they could prove that their changing so they could be given a parole

Above is a photo of the kitchen area and eating area. This is where they have their meals served all the same for all detainees.I wonder how this is compared to what we have in the philippines. to think this prison is vintage:))
Surrounded with high walls and barbed wires so the detainees couldnt escape even if they are in their Outdoor yard. The following photos is their outdoor yard where the detainees spent and eat on their free time. They have different courts on different yards and i think its wide enough for everyone to enjoy. Whats cool is that on its walls they have their own paintings and vandals almost preserved too!AMAZING!

I was scared to press or get near this organ cause it might give up or something weird might happened so id rather take a photo with it. but you gotta love the details in it!:)
Inside the Detainees Chapel. I dunno how they all fit in here but they do it in batches for their masses.

And at last finally we are off to the Punishing fields. on to the next photos was at the punishing fields where the tour guide asked this couple to volunteer and he gave the girl this "latigo" and had the guy lod both hands on the triangle post:) haha kinda kinky way to explain how the prisoners were punished as warning when they have rule violations.
Last is the room is their hanging chamber. Intriguing that the tour guide pointed to us being filipinos in the group and said that the first prisoner who died in this chamber is Filipino. Okay i stepped backed for a while there.
Finally! Freedom! last stop was the Escape Yard! It was a wonderful prisoner experience at the Fremantle Prison! It was kinda creepy inside i could really feel how the prisoners life were as it was described during the group tour.

As for WHAT I WORE to Fremantle. It was Winter time in Australia that time So i had the perfect escuse to layer up and wear Sunnies at the same time!
Blue Sweater, Sky Blue Poncho, Blue Fluffy Scarf all from Mines View Park,Baguio.
