Around AU in 58 Days: En Route to Canberra

On our way to Canberra we passed by this Big Merino. A big sheep in the stop over where in you could get to see how wool and cotton from the sheeo is created. Grabbed ourselves coffee from subway before we again head to the road again for Canberra City.

Canberra is the Australian Capital and our first stop before going to the attractions is this nice big park by a lake.Enjoying the nice weather while taking photos. This park is where they hold the spring flower festival. As my uncle told me there are loads of tulips growing in this place during spring.Though it was winter when i got here i do wish to go back during spring season:)

WHAT I WORE:
Red Beanie & Red Sweater from Mines View Park, Baguio,Boots from Cherrylane Uggs, Jacket lent to me by auntie.

Around AU in 58 Days: Australian Parliament House, Canberra

Canberra is the Capital of Australia so there you could find their famous Parliament house that is open for tourists. You could go in and be a spectator for a day when the senators and congressmen have their session. By the time we were there it was a holiday so there was no session.
With my mom, uncle Roger and Auntie Ophelia at the Convention hall or Function room of the parliament house. This is where the goverment officials hold their events.

at the Lobby and halls of the parliament house! I feel so fabolous walking around the building. I am walking on the same grounds where Australia's Politicians walk! The structures are mostly white and they also got small exhibits in some parts showing facts about the history of the Australian Goverment.

Also got in the Senate Session Room. The Senate's room is themed green. We were at the spectators area. Rhis is where the public could watch whenever they have sessions even on ordinary days.

The Fabolous Congress! haha I loved the congress because it is themed in my favorite color, PINK!. I would love to watch a session here and observe how they do debate about things for the australian people. Well thats something that we should do in the philippines. Open the sessions to the public spectators.

Here we are at the rooftop of the parliament house! It was Freezing! and yes! it was so nice to chill out there, You get to enjoy the view of Canberra.

Here I am at the facade of the Congress and the Outdoor grounds of the parliament house. It was 5 degrees i think and it was raining thats why if you noticed we are all layered up with jumpers. Im so glad to be able to feel like a politician for a day here in the beautiful building.I wish there is something like this in the philippines.

Around AU in 58 Days: Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast

After Cairns our next stop was the gold coast. Just a little insight to share, i think thats why its called the gold cost because the costs of what you do and buy are like gold! very costly! Anyway we arrived around after lunch in the gold coast already so since we where staying in Surfer's Paradise area we already went for a quick stroll and enjoy the sunset by the beach.

Across all lanes of surfers paradise is an open shore that is open for the public to enjoy. Since it was winter the wind was already freezing what more with the water. Still i saw surfers doing their thing conquering the waves.

It was cold i thought i could stand the temperature to swim but then no thank you! Mom and I just chilled out enjoy winter by the beach. Walk barefoot on cold sand:)) Plus while i was there i also heard on the news that it is Shark Season because sharks are migrating. Ive been seeing news on shark attacks on television when im in the hotel, you dont get that news in the philippines so i got a little scared too to jump in the water. Though they do have life guard stations on the beach and they got designated flagged areas where you are only allowed to swim. They do ensure your safety even if its a public place.

WHAT I WORE

Yellow Stripped Tube frm H&M, Shorts & Denim Vest from Forever 21,Sunnies from Just Jeans
To Sum it all up its a good Sunset by the beach experience something i would definitely go back but next time not on winter Season so i could swim! I shall end this post with this Sunset photo i took of Surfer's Paradise

Beautiful Isnt It?

Hillary's the place considered to be the area for the Uppper Class. Located at the opposite side of Fremantle. Every house or shall i say Mansion that i saw was very pretty. We went to Sorento Quay at Hillary's Harbour to chill and watch the sunset. It was Magnificent.
